Since you have online banking with us, something you can do is go to your portal and download the statements or print them out from there. Is that something you're able to do or would you like for me to do that?

Send hard copy version

Navigate to invoices

Click send statements

Select contact > click print

Navigate to invoices

Click send statements

Select contact > send email
